Video card IC card (Integrated Circuit) is an emerging area of technology. It is in the ISO7816standard magnetic card or the smart card is coated with a layer can be repeatedly print visual carbon material, in every customer card checkout in the card printing consumption records and promotional information on the surface. Convenient holders and shops to check records of consumption. Due to its characteristics of quick operation, convenient use, high safety, long service life, automatic toll collection in the identification,, and has broad market prospects of electronic wallet etc..The current visual card common problems are as follows:(1) the heat sensitive material is visible card erasing time limit;(2) the general membership card information can only print once, cannot be updated according to the member consumption trends;(3) the visual device frequently need to refresh, continuous power supply, power consumption is relatively high;(4) card need the contact to complete communication; and non contact CPU video card read-write device is non-contact CPU card key equipment in application system, also has the following problems:(1) the use of thermal video card needs to be matched with the card reader equipment, less common reader;(2)8,16or32bit single-chip design of RFID reader based on traditional, because the supporting non embedded operating system, has been unable to meet the multi interface, multi protocol, high performance requirements. The application of the video card and non-contact CPU card reader system design of functional limitations and other practical problems, this paper presents a CPU based on non contact electronic paper visual card read write device design and application system.First of all, introduced the structure and working principle of the system, a detailed demonstration of non-contact CPU card read write device visual selection system, with ARM’s STM32F107VCT6THM3060RF chip micro controller and Tongfang microelectronics is the hardware design of the reader, then the reader hardware platform of embedded real-time operating system FreeRTOS for the reader, software design in FreeRTOS, realize the USB communication between PC and reader, reader receives and parses the command, the non-contact CPU card read and write operations and other functions.At the same time, a non-contact CPU card electronic paper can be regarded as the research object, the electronic paper video card chip operating system COS (chip operating system) design abstraction layer structure and working principle of the communication are described. For non contact CPU card reader, contactless CPU electronic paper visual card and PC machine end of the non-contact CPU card management software, to complete the application to design a visual electronic wallet, card, recharge, the deduction functions for the non-contact CPU video card.At the end of the non contact CPU video card reader performance of the system was tested, build the test platform, test results show that, the non-contact CPU card reader system is stable and reliable,it has the advantages of high safety, convenient, easy to use and other advantages, and it has great application value.
