| In this thesis, firstly, it is discussed sufficiently about the essential conceptions, functions for the PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) from the angle of modern enterprise information construction. Then, based on the former discussion, a research on PLM oriented integrated techonology has been carried out. And by using some softwares like Power Designer,Visual Studio 2005, SQL Server2000 etc,in view of the present situation of enterprise information construction in China, a development of the integration-interface of CAD/CAPP/ERP is achieved as a example.With the completion of this project,the following innovative results has been obtained in the research:1. Based on the discussion of the PLM technology, the system integration' overall requests and principles of design have been proposed, and PLM oriented integration-structure has been researched,too. Besides,some key technologies to relize the integration have been discussed certainly.2. In view of the present situation of enterprise information construction in China, the demand analysis, general design and detail design of the integration-interface of CAD/CAPP/ERP are achieved. 3. With Power Designer, a tool of database modeling, the database that contains product design and technologic information is designed based on SQL Server 2000.4. With Visual Studio 2005,a powerful development tool provided by MicroSoft Co.Ltd,the development of the integration-interface of CAD/CAPP/ERP which is based on B/S structure is achieved.The functions of this software are as follow:picking-up product design and technologic data automatically from CAD/CAPP,exporting the information to ERP system, classifying and stating product design and technologic data, collecting the product design and exporting the report forms of the product design and technologic data etc. |
