Currently, the numerical control technology is widely used in the manufacturing sector, three-dimensional CAD / CAM technology is more mature,but the research on the technology of three-dimensional in numerical control environment has lagged behind, some key technologies still has not be resolved. So, Claim the subject" the research and application of three-dimensional numerical control CAPP system based on NX".In this dissertation, the framework and function module of 3D-CAPP is proposed according to characteristics and requirements in numerical control environment. Then have research and development on the function modules in-depth used evelopment tools like NX / Open MenuScript, NX / Open UIStyler, Visual Studio.NET 2005 and TCL, HTML technology. Resolved the key technical issues of the system like Process information input, process information output, and process database, realized the system integrated with NX. Completion of parts input module, process planning module, dynamic process simulation module, the establishment and maintenance of tool library, information technology and knowledge-based output module maintenance.Finally, an example of the system to verify, process information to hyperlinks html format output language web pages, customize a craft workshop in line with the unit-to-use CNC machining characteristics show information.All work unfold are based on NX and VS.NET, the system embedded in NX, realized the CAD /CAM integration seamless with 3D-CAPP. The interface of the system is friendly.It is handled, expanded and performed stably. To carry out studies of exploration for three-dimensional CAPP in large-scale CAD/CAM system.
