Research And Software System Implementation Of Index System For Power Grid Voltage

The rapid development of China's national economy, not only on electrical safety, reliability and economy of a higher demand, the demand for the power quality is growing at the same time. The voltage level is too high, too low or fluctuation, all that will have a serious impact on the user load equipment, the network equipment operation and electric energy loss and so on.According to the electrical network voltage quality statistical analysis and research, it is of great significance to strengthen quality management and assessment of voltage, optimize and perfect technical measures to improve the voltage quality and then further comprehensively improving the quality of voltage.At present, the domestic and foreign electrical power system have formed their own norms and statistical analysis methods in the way of the electrical network voltage quality statistical analysis. It has certain scientific and rationality, but also has certain problem. Therefore, we pointed out its problems and shortcomings on the base of existing voltage qualitative index system and statistical methods. And we used the probability theory and mathematical statistics to propose a set of new voltage qualitative index system and statistical analysis methods. Combined with the specific voltage recorded data of the Shandong electrical network, the new index system and method was analyzed and compared and has proved its rationality, science and practicality.This article applied the current advanced computer hardware, software and communication technologies and proposed the idea and the overall program which developed an advanced electrical network voltage analysis index software system in the framework of IEC 61970. The system provides a strong platform for the analysis of voltage index. The new voltage quality index system and statistical analysis method might be applied to analyze and statistics network voltage historical data, and provide adequate, reliable information for the supervising and managing department.Through analyzing and evaluating domestic voltage statistical and assessment methods, the article suggests introducing the new appraisal system. The new appraisal system conforms to the national standards, and come into contact with international standards. After practical applications, it is proved to satisfy the actual demand.Firstly, from the development process of voltage quality research, to the reason of paying attention to voltage quality and then to the standardization of the definition, classification and term for voltage quality. Then the article mostly analyzed its software system requirements, system design and system implementation. Aim at the disadvantage of the currently voltage analysis index system, and combined with the probability theory and mathematical statistics, we proposed a set of new voltage qualitative index system and statistical analysis methods by researching the ShanDong electrical network voltage question. Lastly, the article carried out the electrical network voltage analysis index software system by using the currently advanced computer software, hardware and communications technology.
