Spc Quality Management System Based On Smart Client

The competition among modern enterprises has been changing from price competition to quality.Quality is the foundation of enterprises' economic benefits,also it's useful tool for products to occupy market.In the environment of market economy,all the production and management activities of enterprises aim at improving economic benefits,which accordingly can be seen in improvement of products' quality.At present,the competition is more and more drastic on the background of tobacco trade which inclines to create more benefits by better products' quality.Along with development of information technologies,as well as application combined quality management with information technology,technology rebuilding for multi-aspects,such as tobacco's production,quality and facilities,is useful means for tobacco enterprises to improve products' quality and level it off.It is inevitable current of modern tobacco manufacturing that applying information technology to tobacco manufacturing and technological transformation for tobacco's production,and quality,and so on.Large-scale technological transformation was carried out in Hongta Group Chuxiong Cigarette Factory in August,2006.Real-time testing data would be gathered in the host controller data server,which would be used for SPC(Statistic Process Control)technology analysis.Thus it makes the production quality test for tobacco leaf thread-making change from ex post facto test to process controlling,which is observably effective for our corporation to improve the production quality and firm it on-line.Because the production of tobacco leaf thread-making line is continuous, this technology improvement has carried out SPC quality analysis only for single block,without general SPC quality analysis and estimation for the production during certain period and for certain recipe Long-term tracking for product quality of tobacco leaf thread-making is still unconsummated, and more help cannot be provided for the continuousness and firmness of product quality.Thus,it' s necessary to extend and meliorate this technology improvement project. In allusion to the problems above,first this paper summarizes the principles and theories related of SPC technology,application status quo at home and abroad,and significance in tobacco thread-making.Second,it discusses the technologies referred in the development of SPC quality management system,such as developing method,developing tool and database, etc.Third,it carries out system analysis and design for SPC quality management system.The system analysis includes operation process analysis, data process analysis and disposal description,etc.,and system design includes mainly design of system function and database.At last,the development of SPC quality analysis and management system based on Smart Client is carried out by adopting the architecture of Smart Client and C# developing tool,thus real-time production data is organized over again, as well as the functions of data automatical filtration,categorization, data statistics and analysis,output of analysis and statistics for every month and every recipe,which is complementarity and improvement for this project.The system has been applied in the corporation in early 2007,now it runs steadily after a few months' using.The system can adequately take advantage of production live data,and can ulteriorly carry out SPC analysis without destroying live data.The research work of this paper will provide some reference for future's Quality-Data Management System development in Chuxiong Cigarette Factory.
