Digital Television Online Sale System (DTVOSS) is the Information Management System oriented to Community Antenna Television Subscriber to realize the agendum and transaction management. The system can support the daily business for the DTV, give the users a kind of convenient online service and provide all kinds of combined and discounted business according to the features of customers and market. The system also can provide detailed statistics and analysis, decision-making and standardized system interface.First of all, this paper gives the background of the DTVOSS, the developing level inside and outside, and describes the problems need to be solved, it also gives the structure of the paper. Then, this text demonstrates the aims and the designing rules of the system, explain the system's architectures and main models of it. In the next, the paper gives the design of system architecture, and the detailed design of the whole system, illustrates the static and dynamic model of it, it also gives the design of the database. At last, this paper gives the realization of the system and introduces some techniques and arithmetic used in the paper.The sale of digital television programs is the core business of the system. On the basis of the production system, this paper used the production rules and several customized operation to define all kinds of marketing strategy stored in the rule documents. In the sales business, the system will match the customer's input with the rules in the rule document. If the inputs match with the one of the rules, it will execute beneficial steps; and if the inputs match none of the rules, it will execute in the normal way. In addition, this paper uses the FP-growth arithmetic to analysis the customer's transaction information in order to find the hidden relations between them, and give the decision-making function.With the complicated competition, most of the companies realize the great importance of the customer relation management (CRM). In this paper, with the help of the customer's basic information and their consume information, we use several date mining methods to solve some problems. First of all, we use the K-means arithmetic to get the division of the customers, and get a slender and definite marketing. In the next, we use C4.5 arithmetic to distinguish the most valuable and less valuable customers. As a result, this will make the sales of the products and the reservation of the customers more clear.
