Application Research On Auxiliary Decision Support Of Drug Operation System

With the development of information technology, drug management enterprises have accumulated large amounts of data, so it’s very important to efficiently manage massive data, which is helpful to improve the efficiency of management and operating. Nowadays, data mining is the primary method of data analysis. DSS (decision support system) based on data mining is more powerful and more efficient than traditional management system.This paper develop a DSS module based on data mining, and which is for managing the quality of operating pharmacy. By analyzing large amounts of data in the system, effective ADM (aid decision making) information of invoicing phase can be got. The major contents of study are as follows:(1) Classificating suppliers, mainly based on suppliers of whether the consignment nature, the nature of the credit rating, the amount of purchase orders and so on.(2) By analyzing daily retail bills, the hot-selling combination of medicines can be got, and then optimizing the positon of every kind of drug on the shelves.(3) According to the analysis report of sales data and the change trend of the number of input and output medicine from warehouse, the system optimizes the structured warehouse of an enterprise.(4) By querying and counting the information of purchace, sales and storage, the system generates a report to the manager of an enterprise, and by which the manager can make a reasonable decision based on the report.(5) According to the performance analysis of salesmen conducted by the system, reward policy and improve enterprise profits can be made.By developing DSS module based on managing the quality of operating pharmacy system, managers are helped to scientifically control and allocate the input, storage and output of medicine, which is helpful to turnover of capital of a company and get economic benefit.
