With the development of computer technology and the popularization of network, the exchange of network information becomes more frequent and important, so we need to use secure data encryption arithmetics to ensure the security of network information. Therefore, it is very important to analyze and study some encryption arithmetics and select appropriate ones to apply in the practical exchange of network information. The dissertation deeply researches the hybrid encryption arithmetic based on symmetrical cryptogram arithmetic, unsymmetrical cryptogram arithmetic and elliptical curve cryptogram arithmetic, the main work and achievements are shown as follows:1. Deeply research the realization technologies and security performance about symmetrical cryptogram arithmetic, unsymmetrical cryptogram arithmetic and elliptical curve cryptogram arithmetic.2. Design a hybrid encryption arithmetic based on DES, RSA and ECC methods, it optimizes and assembles these cryptogram arithmetics, and ameliorates DES data encryption arithmetic and RSA data encryption arithmetic.3. Based on the above hybrid encrypting arithmetic, propose a data encryption transport scheme, do some practical performance tests, then analyze and compare their results.
