| With the rapid development of telecommunication and circuit technology, sensor network has already been applied in many areas. Sensor nodes and gateway constitute wireless sensor network. Gateway can accomplish the data transition among the different networks. Ethernet access gateway realizes connection of wireless sensor network with Ethernet. It not only achieves sensor network's advantage, but also fulfils the user's need. The research and implementation of Ethernet access gateway of sensor network promise significance.This paper is one important part of Natural Science Fund project—Routing Theory and Key Technologies of Reliable Sensor Networks.The paper introduces the related technology background and structure of the paper and explains the basic knowledge of sensor network. By analyzing gateway's wireless transmission and access, the device based on IEEE802.15.4 can achieve effective communication between Ethernet and sensor network.The paper explains the hardware design of Ethernet access gateway of sensor network and the main cells. These include processor circuit, communication circuit, voltage diversion circuit and power supply circuit. The paper achieves Ethernet drive and analyzes the different transmission modules to explain the theory of the design. It recommends a debugging tool, expounds the flow of system testing and analyzes the testing results. Experiments show that the gateway is able to accomplish communication between Ethernet and sensor network. It also summarizes the paper's main task and anticipates the more research aspects. |
