Century 21 is an information society, information technology based on computer and network technologies which became the important feature of modern society is developing with unprecedented speed, and being used widely.The teaching discussion activities as we described mainly refer to the procedure to find an ideal proposal for issues in instruction by discussion, research and analysis. The teaching discussion activity is an important method for sample study, domination of recessive knowledge and career upgrade.Nowadays, the middle school teaching discussion activities are organized by groups based on primary level subject teachers, the teaching discussion activities which refer to promote the quality of course instruction is mainly composed of daily issues in course instruction. School is a place where knowledge was create, transmitted and upgraded, and it's a place where knowledge was collected, and it's a place full of dominant knowledge and resource of recessive knowledge. The purpose of managing knowledge of schools is to construct a valid knowledge system, which can make the school knowledge effectively created, circulated , this is familiar with the discuss aim of the teaching discussion activity.This dissertation mainly completes the following work:Firstly, clarified the shortage of the school teaching and discussing activity;Secondly, discussed the key point of the school knowledge management and the availability of constructing a online teaching discussion system.Thirdly, designed the function modules based on school knowledge management.Finally, realized the parts function modules of this system.
