Knowledge Management Technology In Computer Course Teaching Application

In our country, educational technology is not only a subject, but also a career related tothe reform of education and teaching. But in China, the research and exploration aboutmodern educational technology have come to a standstill in the " audio-visual educationalmanagement" phase which is not coadapted with development trend of modern educationaltechnology. Nowdays, Mankind has entered into the information age, MPC and networkcommunication technologies development have been promoting the reform of education andteaching. With the occurance of new technology, new notion and new social demand, a lot ofnew ideas, thinking and methods have appearred in educational technology level which makethe traditional audio-visual education management cannot solve the practical problems of themodern educational technology management. Under the background of current informationenvironment and management system reform, drawing on the latest theoretical achievementsin the field of management, to introduce knowledge management into modern educationaltechnology and integrate informational management technology along with computernetwork technology can effectively control and coordinate the relative educationaltechnology resources and procedures, also promote innovation and efficiency improvement ofthe of modern educational technology.On the basis of the analysis of the domestic and foreign research status, this paper,taking the course” Basis of Computer Engineering” for an example, systematises the explicitknowledge as well as the implicit; Also it introduces knowledge management into the theoryand practice of educational technology, and makes a comprehensive perspective to themodern educational technology from the angle of knowledge management through acomparative analysis of educational technology and knowledge management. Moreover, itstrucures a theory framework of modern educational technology in the perspective ofknowledge management to adopt the concept of knowledge management throughout theentire educational technology activities, and discusses concrete implementations ofknowledge management in educational technology from three levels of organizations,individuals and knowledge-sharing environment based on network and information technology.
