With the rapid development of science and technology, IT represented bymultimedia teaching, education network has also been rapid risen in China. Asinformation technology teachers, we should not only improve our learning conception,but also improve our teaching and researching models. To make the teachers goactively into the teaching and researching activities, it is necessary to carry out avariety of teaching and researching activities. On the basis of existing material, how tocreate a new network teaching platform better and faster is an imminent task atpresent.Knowledge Management is like a dazzling pearl of the management disciplinetheory, the essence of Knowledge Management is how to make more effective use ofthe value of knowledge, and to achieve the existing knowledge transformation andinnovation ultimately. The combination of network teaching and research andKnowledge Management has common purposes that cannot be replaced, and it canpromote effective utilization of the last sharing of knowledge well, to maximize thevalue of knowledge.This paper is the development based on the Knowledge Management of primaryand secondary education of the construction of network teaching platform andresearch. The good use of knowledge management theory to guide the buildingresearch platform. Firstly, through information technology teachers’ interviews of thetraffic inconvenience areas, as well as the teacher questionnaires of part of schoolsand the author’s school, the author analyzed the current situation of urumqi citynetwork teaching, for the shortage of the research activities, and unified managementof the cities and counties in the research platform with obsolete contents andrepeatability of digital resources, part of the platform put on hold, the author used theKnowledge Management strategy, put forward the model of primary and secondaryschool network teaching platform based on Knowledge Management, combining withthe platform based on47middle schools, in the management practice of theconstruction of network teaching platform constantly, at last, through the use evaluation of the teachers in my school, the effectiveness and usefulness of theplatform is verified.The paper is divided into six chapters: the first chapter is the introduction ofresearch background, the problems, the research content and significance, andresearch steps and methods, to clear the significance of study about building a schoolnetwork teaching platform based on Knowledge Management. The second chaptersimply introduced the theory of Knowledge Management, the study of the networkteaching platform, and platform technology support. The third chapter researched andanalyzed the traditional teaching and researching situation, the actual situation ofnetwork teaching and research in Urumqi, the author put forward the necessity to havegood network teaching platform and the use of knowledge management strategy inpractice. The fourth chapter is made on the basis of the previous chapter, incombination with the investigation and analysis of regional demand for networkteaching and the school teachers, designed and planned to build knowledgemanagement as the guidance scheme of network teaching platform and modules.Thefifth chapter is about the development and implementation of the platform, introducesthe process of the construction of the visualization, and the final function of theinterface. Chapter6summarized the building network platform as well as the workingcontent, and put forward the future further research work.
