The Implement And Research On The Inquiry Learning Platform Of Cadres Education Based On The Network Environment

It enables them to combine the theoretic knowledge got in the courses with the practical experience in the work, opens a new way of inquiry learning and provides a better work method.This paper firstly makes a summary of inquiry learning in the network environment based on the fully comprehension of inquiry learning and the analysis of characteristics of the cadres, then puts forward the teaching method oriented to the cadres based on the network. At last the paper makes overall design and detailed design of the Inquiry Learning platform of Shanghai Cadres Online Learning City. The basic structure, basic module and the configure plan of software-hardware of the platform are introduced in the overall design. The paper then described the transaction flow and security of the target system in the detailed system design. At last it summarizes the classification of the system test target and the specific test.It enables to meet the requirements of the cadres learning on the Shanghai Cadres Online Learning City through system management, academic management, teaching management and students' management provided by the system. To enhance the students' passion of learning, it's useful to make the use of the inquiry learning platform to change their method of learning efficiently. And it also makes it easier to make communication between the tutors and students, collect and arrange the research material, base the proliferation of the content in the online learning source library of the cadres training. The utility of the platform helps the learner to combine the theory with the practical experience and achieve some research results with applicable value. It saves the working amount of training and a lot of resource.The system consists of five function module: system management subsystem, academic management subsystem, course management subsystem, teaching management subsystem and students learning subsystem.
