Use the platform for cadre training, to break the constraints of time and space, can realize the sharing of teaching resources maximum limit, effectively reducing the cost of training; can increase the cadre training opportunities, expand the training coverage; can choose learning contents according to needs, to achieve what is missing, to meet the learning needs of individual cadres.Firstly, analyzing and expounding the background, the significance, the content and status of research at home and abroad; secondly,introducing the applied key technology; thirdly, analyzing and designing the demand of tax cadres online learning platform, implementing and testing for system at last.
