The Design And Implementation Of Deyang Cadres Online Learning System

Cadres is the ruling foundation of the CCP. Political qualities, policy level and administrative ability that cadres have directly affect the implementation of government’s policies and the realization of the socialism with Chinese characteristics. To face the changing situation, enhance capacity of reigning and to build socialism with Chinese characteristics, extensive education and training becomes necessary to improve cadres ’ theoretical level, operational capability and technical proficiency.Traditional education and training pattern has some insoluble problems which are bad for cadres ’ life-long learning, like prominent work-study conflict, lacking of specificity, systematic and persistence. This is why founding an online cadre education platform is urgent and necessary. This platform is founded through information technology and aims at integrating education resources.The online cadre education platform is based on B/S framework and adopts SQL Server database which built by Microsoft Corp. The system uses the ASP.NET development tools, so the method is convenient to manage and maintain, and is of generality.The system including the backstage management system, the cadres training system, the instructional management system, the student management system, the online operation system and online-test system. Excepting the backstage management system, these systems are independent of each other. In order to avoid entangling the systematic relationship, at the same time, for increasing stability and maintainability, the systems of the online cadre education platform communicate through the backstage management system. Each system provides independent function to realize professional and real-time management. The backstage management provides basic information management such as user info, information interchange and SSO. The backstage management system also provides interface to ensure providing a convenient intersystem communication, so that these systems can exchange data with each other through the webservice. Besides, the backstage management system integrates the SSO module, does the basic work for the consolidated identify authentication, can adapt further development quickly.Viewing from the actual needs of cadre education, this article put forward a scheme to solve the problems on the base of the investigation of local training performance. The scheme is to build up an online cadre education platform which propose specific means of managing, online teaching, online learning and make contributions to the informatization of cadres ’ education and training.Based on the concept of SOA, this thesis integrate cadre educational administration, educational institution and cadres ’ actual needs into an Intelligent platform. Online cadre education platform meets the need of resource sharing between subsystems and provides educational information construction with a new model.
