In this paper the author analyses the MBA community value .He uses the marketing theories (STP, 4Ps), digs out the market opportunities and decides the operation strategy. The author analyzes the success factors of Dongshuo Medium Company and directs at the special community of MBA. There are five parts of this paper. In PartⅠ, the author talks the bases and significance of the text. In PartⅡ, the author analyses the DM environment, especially the conditions and characters of DM in China. In PartⅢ, the author directs the problems that should pay attention to. In PartⅣ, the author analyses the strategy and objective of marketing, fixing the orientation of《The City Elite》,setting up the related marketing and finance objectives. In PartⅤ, the author decides implement and control of the plan, the method of solving the problems that may appear.This paper makes out the orientation, value orientation and marketing strategy of《The City Elite》that Dongshuo Medium keeps. They are based on the knowledge of Marketing and Strategy Management in the course of MBA, the knowledge of medium and analysis of MBA community value. The analysis of this paper shows the direction of growth and development of Dongshuo Medium Company also makes them more clearly.
