Mobile communication terminals have been people's required communication tools during the current period of rapid information development, which provide a wide market for the mobile manufacturers. The SOB can be seen the basis of mobile terminal, So it's rationality of design is very important. However, with the rapid increase of clock frequency, the incessant decrease of rising edge and the enhancement of circuit integration, the signal integrity problem of PCB will bring a serious effect for the system's performance. In serious instance,the system will not work normally.As a kind of theory of studying and solving signal integrity problem,The signal integrity analysis'application is importance more and more.At first, this paper introduces the theory of signal integrity and the flow of mobile terminal SOB's design in brief. Then taking a GSM mobile—PW10 for example, expatiates the SOB's design scheme. Then does the simulation about crosstalk and throwing back, and using the HYPERLYNX software of mentor INC and IBIS models. Then I made a later-simulation using Boardsim function. At last, the SOB design and the ways to solve SI problems about WCDMA mobile communication terminal were introduced briefly.The SOB design scheme and ways to solve signal integrity problems were applyed in practical project, which guaranteed the quality of signal and rationality of design. And shortened the design period of products,and brought tremendous economy benefit.
