This paper is based on the project High Performance Moblie Computer System assigned by East-China Reseach Institute of Computer Technology. The main content is about the building of mobile platform.High-performance systems that operate at high clock speeds place tough demands on the design of the board that hold the circuits. Except those things such as distribution of power and clock ,the SI is a key thing in our designs.First of all, this paper introduces the whole design of the mobile platform and interrelated knowledge about system analyse, simulation and the IBIS model.Then the paper depicts the design of critical part of the system in details. And the proper topologies are given according to those signals. By simulation,those topologies are validated. Different waves of the same topology with different terminations show the good effect on the improvement of SI. And by rules of PCB,crosstalk of paralleling transmission lines is controlled.Several core technologies that need to be advanced and developed in future in this project is expected and analyzed at the end of the paper.
