Searching And Implement Of Learning Manager Model Based On SCORM

E-Learning has already become strong motive force of transitional educational pattern of reform, however, the range of sharing is beyond perfection, the basic solution is standardization, the standardization demand is from specification or standard organizations at home and abroad, realistic and potential stakeholders. To the distance educational system model of enterprises, besides the common standardization, inner managing model of enterprises must be considered, and the system must be extensive.I joined a company E-Learning standard application research project since January of 2006, as a key member, and participated in the whole process of developing of the facing enterprise Standardized LMS, now the product is in the use. This article includes the whole process such as demand analysis, technique analysis, collectivity and particular design, the implementation of the system, and has searched the searching and implement of Learning Manager Model Based on SCORM from theory side and system design the two sides.The main content including:(1) Searching kinds of levels of e-Learning system, mainly searching SCORM standard being used to e-Learning system of enterprise.(2) Using JAVA, Javascript, XML and dHTML to build an easily managed, well-functions-designed e-Learning system that is used in enterprise.
