Study On Semantization Of SCORM And Its Application

With the in-depth development of the educational information work,the teaching resources increased quickly also.In order to managing and using those resources,the Department of Defense(DoD) of American established the Sharable Content Object Reference Model,and this model got wide attention and application.With the increase of SCORM conformable learning resource,how to find the resource needed from a lot of resources,and increase the reusability of those resources will have became a universal concerned topic.This paper proposes a scheme of SCORM semantic,which is beneficial to the searching and reusing of resources.In this paper,we also develop a resource search system,which verified the scheme of SCORM semantic.The beginning of the paper introduces SCORM standard involved in the system. Firstly,it outlines the background and function of SCORM.The following part gives an introduction of the content of SCORM,discusses the SCORM specification in detail,and then gives the effect and demerits of LOM.On the basis of deep research on LOM,this paper proposed the SCORM semantic scheme based on ontology.Based on the scheme above,this paper designs and implements a resource organization and retrieval system:introduces the functions of this system,describes the design idea and work flow of this system,and discusses the detailed design and implementation of main modules.At last,this paper experimentally analyzes the recall and precision of this system, the conclusion of system evaluation proves the effectiveness of ontology-based SCORM semantic scheme.
