The e-Learning is the activity that process study and teaching in the way of Internet or other numeral contents. The American ADL(Advanced Distributed Learning) released SCORM(Sharable Content Object Reference Model) standard, it mainly provided a set of educational standards of realizing rules and examples, its purpose is for solving how to transfer the course from one platform to another, how to establish reusable components which are used by the different courses, and find the course materials quickly and accurately.Currently, application mainly concentrated on the two developments of AuthoringTool and RTE(the Environment of the Run-Time).With several years and some AuthoringTools have been developed, developing every enterprise's RTE is becoming necessary. This paper takes the RTE of a company design and development as project basement and mainly designs and implements one important module of the RTE: Data Model. The Data Model is a core part of SCORM standard, being a thought of data transfermation. This paper not only realizes the cmi and adl Data Model which follows the SCORM standard in the study module, and firstly used this kind of Data Model thought in the administration module to realize the sbc_elearning Data Model. In the design and implementation procedure it used Java clone technique to solve Data Model's speed question of deposition and withdrawal, and used object Serializable technique to transfer Data Model object and so on. Finally, this paper tested adl, cmi Data Model using the standard course package provided by ADL and confirmed that this Data Model conforms to the SCORM standard. Then this paper tested function module of adding user and confirmed the sbc_elearning Data Model's feasibility and rationality.
