Configuration management of Embedded System is located in upper layer of Linux driver. The primary function of configuration management is to manage whole system of data interaction and configuration. The other function is in charge of different processes, which runs in our Embedded System. User can configure and extend function of Embedded System, depends on their requirement.This thesis introduces the design and realization of configuration management which based on Linux platform. The content of this thesis consist of three parts, which include design and realization of Web layer, configuration management layer and the interaction between Web layer and configuration management layer. The most important of this thesis is to design and realization of core function modules, asynchronous message transaction and memory database.The basic purpose of this thesis is to put forward a method which represents the design and realization of Multitask Embedded System. This configuration management of Embedded System is constructed the upper layer of Linux driver layer. So it shields the driver layer. At the same time, it provides the uniform software interface of Web layer. The advantage of this method is to give the whole configuration task to configuration management.The inner module interaction of configuration management of Embedded System adopts event interaction method. The process of configuration management of Embedded System adopts asynchronous message interacion method. This two interaction method is the basic of our system. This thesis put a particular introduction of the two core method.
