China media's Reporting on China for Overseas Readers has made big progress in recent years, but the lack of effective communication is still a bottleneck. In this thesis, the author will take one of the major foreignreporting media in China--the Xinhua News Agency as an case.Firstly, give a brief introduction of its history and status in quo of foreign reporting, state that the optimization of its foreign reporting is urgent, propose that lack of effective communication is the biggest problem it faces. And then, basing on first-hand statistics from Xinhua News Agency ,using correlative theory of journalism and communication, together with some case-study, the author propose her point of view on this study , i.e. The three means of optimizing the Xinhua News Agency's Reporting on China for Overseas Readers. |
