In the context of globalization and the emergence of digital TV, China's TV Industry is facing the unprecedented opportunities and challenges. Owing to the institutional and epistemological reasons, there are many obstacles for the full development of TV Industry. Therefore, it seems to be very urgent to in search of a breach which has the minimal resistances as the experimentation for the management and administration of TV Industry. Based on the judgment that the TV-Entertainment Industry could be such a breach, this thesis aims to summarize the incremental pattern of TV-Entertainment Industry by way of study on the basic value of TV-Entertainment programs, then take advantage of the "Value Chain Theory" as a tool to illustrate each part of TV-Entertainment Industry and how they take effect, besides, the author also analyzed the problems of china's TV-Entertainment Industry and strategies on how to solve these problems.
