With the good development trend of China's mobile Internet industry,short video has blowout trend in recent years due to its low production threshold and strong social attributes.The scale of audience has been growing,and the market scale has been expanding year by year.Video is not limited to one-way viewing other people's image world,but becomes the "spoken language" of people's instant communication.Based on the existing research on value chain and short video at home and abroad,this paper takes the value chain of China's short video industry as the research object,and conducts in-depth research on the formation,composition,main problems and optimization strategies of the value chain.Technological environment,market environment and policy environment are the main environmental factors affecting the formation of China's short video industry value chain.China's short video industry value chain is composed of three parts: basic value chain,auxiliary value chain and extended value chain.Its formation has roughly experienced three stages: storage period,development period and mature period.The main components of the basic value chain include short video content product providers,short video platform operators,telecommunication operators and terminal equipment manufacturers.Its main function is to generate value added.The auxiliary value chain is the integration of technical support,human resources support,financial support,policy and legal support,and its function is to improve the operation efficiency of the short video industry value chain.Rate and capability;Extended value chain is the direction of upgrading the short video industry value chain in China,and is the extension and expansion of the value-added ability of the industry value chain.The value chain of China's short video industry is characterized by the construction of open space,the formation of virtual chains and the establishment of value-added systems.Through the rational allocation and sharing of resources,competition and cooperation,each link and element of the value chain can flow organically around the generation of value,so as to ensure the realization of value.At present,due to the short growth time and lack of experience in all aspects,the value chain of China's short video industry has different degrees of problems in all aspects,such as imperfect basic value chain,inadequate support of auxiliary value chain,inadequate development of extended value chain and so on.Firstly,weshould adhere to the principle that content is the king,strengthen the quality control of content,establish innovative incentive mechanism,integrate superior market resources and maximize value;secondly,we should improve relevant laws and regulations,promote industrial standardization and make technology better serve users;thirdly,we should develop derivatives in depth,lay out industrial matrix and open up new values.The growth point,the integration of superior market resources,the promotion of short video industry value chain size and structural changes,so that China's short video industry to a higher quality,more accurate,more diversified direction.
