| Archives are some valuable materials or in kind which were formed in various social activities, production activities by state organs, bodies , enterprises and institutions , and they are also the human's common spiritual wealth. Archive management is a very cumbersome but very important job, the development of archives management system is the only way to improve records management efficiency, promote standardization and management of files for the regularization.Archive management system's goal is to achieve collection of digital files, the custody of digital files, the use of digital files, to store digital information resources scattered in different carriers and different geographic locations in the form of digital , to use computer network technology to achieve archive sharing resources.This article describes the needs analyses, system design and the process of realization of the archive management software .On the basis of investigation of the archives, it analyses the needs of the users'business processes, system functions and performance and so on. It offers some examples to describe the critical business logic such as files collection guiding operations, the use of business records in cases in detail.In the course of the realization of the archive management system, it uses .Net technology, XML technology, database access technology etc. It also makes a deep discussion on some technical difficulties and key technologies which exist in the process of achieving.Currently, the system has been put into use, its system function goes well, its applications flexible, its interface friendly, and has achieved the expected goals, improved the management of the archives. |
