Design And Implementation Of A Small Real Estate Business Construction File Management System

Based on the requirements of engineering archive management for small scale real estate enterprise,this paper uses mature technology to design and develop archive management system. Real estate engineering project management include the management of design document for construction, aptitude and enterprise material etc. As to the Chengdu Shuangxin technological venture capital company, there are management problems of large amount store of construction document, cumbersome quire, difficulties of monitoring.Against the above actual situation, this paper studies engineering archive management system of security, ease of use and portability, to deal with the problem of archive operation informationization, enhance the management effect, realize the automation of archive record.The main research topics include: 1.Project management function. The management of project setup application and the related documents is one of the management topics. The node management and archive management of the project application procedure are studied, to avoid management loophole, and make it easy to search the archive and carry on the project.2.Archiving management. The electronics archiving and the entity archiving are studied. Electronics archives include doc, pdf and picture etc., the entity archives include the paper archives and some certificates. The entity archiving only records the metadata, such as category, source and setup date etc.The archiving management store the information and data of the two class archives and classify them.3.Acceptance management function. The procedure of archives acceptance processing after archives information and data are stored in the system.4. Utility of the archives. The function of archive utility is studied, include the integrated management of archive utility, electronics archive download, entity archive lending. The management specification and authorization of the archive utility are studied to use the archives designedly and avoid the lose of the archives.5.Statistics management. Statistics management is used to give information for the manager to better use the system, improve the management manner. 6. Authorization management function. The user account,the user roles management and the authorization are studied.The real estate engineering archive management system studied in this paper is significative to the Scientific, standardized management of the archives.
