Design And Implementation Of Archive Management System For Urumqi Statistical Bureau

Archive management work is the most basic work of enterprise daily management work. With the rapid development of information technology, using information technology management archive is already common view for majority enterprises. Early archive management work use paper record archive information. The problem of this way is the inconvenient of information collection and information storage.In the procedure of system design, it uses J2 EE technology, which includes JSP, MVC, JAVA etc. The system implementation is completed by these key technologies. The dissertation analyzes the feasibility of system on the basis of the current situation of archives management of statistical bureau. On the basis of business requirement, it analyzes function requirement in details. After determine the requirement, the dissertation determine the design principle firstly. On the condition of observing design principle, it detailed design archive entry management, archive arrangement, transformation management, archive borrow, archive query and statistic and system maintenance modules. On the basis of design, it applies SSH frame technology complete the development procedure of code programing and interface. It uses black box testing test the system. It analyzes and concludes the testing results.The system is trial run in statistical bureau. According to the running effect of system, it plays an important role for improving the model of archive management of statistical bureau and enhances the speed of query of archive information.
