| This thesis briefly introduces the situation of Tian Si MRPII/ERP System employed in Mitsubishi Heavy Industries-Jinling Air-Conditioners Co, Ltd. (hereinafter called MJA), and analyzes some kinds of defects existing in each sub-system, on the base of which it presents and realizes the improving scheme as per the actual situation of MJA.In Chapter One, it firstly reviews the development of MRPII/ERP System, and summarizes the advanced manufacture technology having close relations with MRPII/ERP System, and the developing trend of enterprise management pattern in production. By analyzing that the inducting of MRPII/ERP is the demand of manufacturing competing in market, the inducting of the System by MJA leads to the main content of this thesis.In Chapter Two, it firstly analyzes the management actuality and demand of MJA. Then, it briefly states the general design of MRPII/ ERP, and introduces Tian Si MRPII/ ERP System that is finally selected. At last, it illustrates the key problems to carry out the System and the process of the foundation of it.In Chapter Three, it simply states the Inventory System at the very beginning. Then, it makes a study for the basic data of the System, stocking with goods and the System's unfitness of uncountable material management. At last, according to practical conditions of MJA, it presents the effective improving scheme and realizes the improvement.In Chapter Four, it analyzes and studies the fixed advanced period of production after the simple introduction of MRP subsystem. Then, comparing E-BOM with M-BOM, it presents the scheme that E-BOM can create M-BOM automatically. Furthermore, it narrates the control scheme of coherence of E-BOM and M-BOM, and conducts the applicable verification in MRP system.In Chapter Five, after introducing MRP II sub-system in brief, it discusses the necessity of the system using dynamic advanced period, and also explores the method of making production schedule in workshops. Then, by inducting flexibility in MRP II System, building relative arithmetic model, it confirms that to shorten the purchasing period is an effective way to upgrade the flexibility of production schedule, separately managing materials of different purchasing period by using... |
