With the continuous development of science and technology,many production and manufacturing processes are completed by mechanized equipment.The previously commonly used manual production methods have gradually been replaced by new technologies and equipment.However,Many companies can't keep up with management styles and methods.The use of information technology to scientifically schedule production resources and production processes.This article mainly focuses on this demand.The content is roughly as follows:First,determine the technology selection of the system: Java EE,Spring MVC and Oracle.In-depth analysis of business processes,extraction of business entities,construction of business processes and data flows,use case diagrams to implement demand surveys,and determine system functional requirements: production tasks,production process management,production picking management,production scheduling management,and production product management.The system must meet 200 concurrent accesses,the response time must be controlled within 5s,and the resource occupancy rate must be controlled below 40%.The system is divided into different levels and modules by the layered architecture idea,and at the same time,the internal encapsulation process is adopted.The interaction can be realized only with the help of the corresponding interface.While ensuring the internal independence,it also ensures the integrity of the system.Secondly,manufacturing enterprises have limited resources and many production tasks,and they need to design production processes according to customer needs.Once the production tasks are unreasonably arranged,it will not only cause waste of resources,but also delay production progress.For this reason,the paper uses genetic algorithm to scientifically and rationally arrange and schedule production tasks.Based on the production management concepts of project management,manufacturing resource planning and optimized production technology,the thesis establishes an overall model of process operation planning and scheduling,and gives the graphic representation of the model and its application in workshop activities.Regarding it as a basic unit based on the work center,the workshop manufacturing resource model is constructed,and the process operation model is constructed through the control theory thought,and the data flow diagram is established as the guiding ideology to simulate the actual process of workshop production activities.Finally,the design of the system was formally started,and the sequence diagram was used to describe the operation process of specific functions,and the design process of the system database was introduced from the perspective of conceptual model and physical model.The system is programmed to realize the performance of typical functions,and the application of the system is analyzed from the perspectives of function test,performance test and application effect analysis.The results show that the system meets the actual operating requirements.To a certain extent,an in-depth analysis of the production scheduling system is of vital practical significance.It not only improves the production efficiency,but also realizes the scientific scheduling of various resources and the scientific arrangement of production tasks,which can greatly improve Production efficiency and avoid waste of resources.On the basis of the model,some practical algorithms are used to focus on solving the problem of process operation planning and scheduling,avoiding resource conflicts,and realizing the concurrent operation and use of resources,which has very important guiding significance for manufacturing enterprises.
