The requirement of beer rises day after day in my country recently.With the maturity of consumer , the request to beer's quality and flavor becomes more exigent.Because of the level of automation for beer saccharification is low,Controling the Saccharification Process with advanced autocontrol technology is the only way to satisfy the continuous increasing market demand.This paper designs the Beer Saccharification Processing Autocontrol System in hardware and software through analyzing the technics and crucial problem in the Beer Saccharification Process.The whole system adopt layered structure.The first layer is PLC,SIEMENS S7-300 PLC is selected in this system.It is contacted directly to spot meter and instrument and fulfilled the function of collecting spot data and controlling the executing components and so on.The second layer is Industrial Personal Computer.It fulfill the function of monitoring,managing and recording the control process data and supervising the PLC.The Profibus-DP net is used to connect the PLC main station and subordinate stations and the MPI net is used between PLC and IPC.The design of configuration software uses SIEMENS PLC programming tool STEP7 to configure hardware and control the beer saccharification production process;The supervising software which has friendly interface and adaptive recipe managing method is developed by Intouch 7.0 of Wonderware company.It also can supervise the production directly.Expert PID arithmetic is the primary control method in this system.Its idea is establishing fuzzy chart for PID parameters adjusting through measuring the system error and its change rate.The arithmetic also can modify the parameters adjusting gene by online study to gain better PID parameters .The system achieves good effects in practice.
