Inspection Device Of Beer Volume In Bottle On Production Line

China is the largest producing beer country in the world,and beer industry plays an important role in the development of national economy.However,the technology level in domestic is far behind abroad.,so designing a volume auto detecting device which can be suitable in small and medium beer enterprises has the important social and economic efficiency.With the beer pouring speed rising,traditional eyes examination is difficult to accuracy.Machine vision adopts camera technology,optics technology,machine-electricity control technology and image disposal technology,satisfying timely and accuracy well. Applied in the beer bottle on-line examination,it can overcome the disadvantage of eyes and greatly improve automation degree and production efficiency.This article uses machine vision method based on DSP to examine beer volume. Using CCD camera,video decoding chip,DSP to set up a hardware,embodied the software,it can examine the volume,display the result and auto alarm.The work includes: 1)Analyzing optical system,choose the appropriate light and places to reduce software complex.2) Has established the hardware system based on TMS320VC5416.3) Using openning window to save the DSP interior space data quantity.4) IIC is simulated by DSP'host interface to gather the image.5) Using software method to capture dynamic picture to reduce the electro-optical sensor hardware resources.6) Changing McBSP to I/O to provide the control signal for LCD.7) According to the characteristic of image,a new edge inspect arithmetic is proposed.8) Inserting software to the DSP through FLASH can realize independent running without PC.This article introduced the importance of beer volume inspect system on automatic production line,summarized the domestic and foreign progress situation,analyzed the characteristic and difficulty,designed examination system based on DSP,used the digital image processing methods and computer language to compile algorithm.Inserting software to DSP through FLASH can realize control without PC and can be on-line examination.
