Through the elaboration of this project,which is a business plan for setting up a company,considering the feasibility of implementing this project which is an e-commerce subscription platform in South America,specifically in Ecuador.E-commerce worldwide offers many advantages for both users and businesses.In Ecuador,e-commerce has also gained presence exponentially given the numerous benefits and volume of transactions compared to existing methods of commerce.The purpose of this paper is to analyse the feasibility of establishing a monthly subscription business plan for craft beers produced locally in this market.By using e-commerce the idea is to tackle the limitations that small producers find when it comes to market their products in traditional channels.The implementation of a new electronic channel through a non-traditional form of doing business which is the subscription as we have witness the growth of this way of ecommerce in markets such as China and the United States.To conclude,we have combined these two aspects considering variables and conditions of the local market and created The Beer Society which is a subscription business model that supplies a set of different beers distributed each month.We have built a thorough financial analysis that has resulted in a positive projection.The execution of this project will allow us to commit with the development of the local industry and promote a culture of local consumption while promoting the diversification of the economy of SMEs.
