| The measurement of saccharification degree is an important part in the productionprocess of beer and malt sugar.Through the measurement of saccharification degree,thesaccharifying power,saccharification time and extractum can be concluded.Then the controlparameters of brewing process can be caculated.When measuring saccharification degree ofthe tested items,the saccharification controller is used to control the temperature,holdingtime,heating rate,saccharification time and other parameters.These parameters directlyaffect the accuracy of the measurement of saccharification degree.In order to improve theaccuracy,the intelligent saccharification controller is designed.The main contents are asfollows:The system scheme of intelligent saccharification controller is proposed on the basis ofanalysing the composition,working principle and the requirements for saccharificationprocess and control accuracy of saccharification controller.The hardware circuit ofintelligent saccharification controller is designed including temperature measuringcircuit,display circuit,keyboard circuit,clock circuit and other auxiliary circuits.By analyzing the structure and working principle of OCM480272T430-1B color LCDdisplay module,the display method based on master chip STC12C5A60S2is studied.Including the parameter display method,large character display method,custom graphicsdisplay method and the curve display method.The feasibility of method is verified throughthe hardware circuit test.Thermostatic control algorithms and constant heating rate control algorithm which arebased on fuzzy control are studied.The control algorithms are verified by experiments.The development of intelligent saccharification controller is accomplished.And fouroperating modes are examined according to the process requirements of saccharificationcontroller.The accuracy of intelligent saccharification controller could meet the controlrequirements by analysis of experimental data. |
