This article firstly carries on the analysis to the PSO algorithm, proposed one improvement PSO algorithm based on the Gaussian distribution and the simulation anneal algorithm. And attempts for the first time apply the PSO algorithm in the temperature control of Polyreactor and the beer saccharification.Polymerization saccharification and beer production process is often the typical batch process. Polymerization reactor temperature control and beer saccharification formula optimization are urgent need to be solved.Polyreactor is one commonly used chemical reaction vessel. Its internal reaction mechanism is complex. The chemical reaction process control research by controlling its process parameter to enhance the production and the quality will be practical to chemical production and biological drugs manufacture.The beer saccharification production process is crucial to the beer production, and this process has big effect on the entire beer production and quality. At present, the enterprise saccharification production formula usually uses the human experiences. But the design process is complex and consumes massive human resources; meanwhile the obtained result usually is not the most superior formula. Therefore it is necessary to do the saccharification formula optimization and it is important to improve the quality of the saccharification and to decrease the cost.(1) This paper first carries on the PSO algorithm analysis, the main problems of PSO algorithm are easy to trap in the local optimum and its search speed to be further rose. For solving the above problem, an Immune PSO algorithm based on simulated annealing is presented in this paper, which not only can prevent basic PSO algorithm easily trap into local optimal search but also can prevent the slow pace of the shortcomings. Simulation results show the convergence rate and search quality has been good improved. (2) Polymerization reaction is a common batch production process; the quality of temperature control on Polyreactor is the key to the quality of products. The dynamic characteristics of the polymerization temperature object are time-varying, nonlinear, time-delay characteristics. Use conventional control methods are very difficult to achieve good performance. In order to resolve the low accuracy and the poor performance shortcomings in current domestic industrial scene reactor temperature control, A IPSO optimum PID controller is applied, the experiment results show PSO optimization of control in solving reactor temperature control has broad application prospects.(3) The prescription of beer was to find a best recipe which satisfy the quality of manufacture and had the lowest cost. This article presents an immune particle swarm optimization algorithm to improve the global search ability and to decrease calculated steps. Simulated result shows that using the immune particle swarm optimization algorithm, satisfactory results could be got. The main problems of PSO algorithm are easy to easily trap into local optimal search and the slow search speed. For solve above problems Improvement PSO algorithm based on simulated annealing is presented in this paper, which not only can prevent basic PSO algorithm easily into local optimal search and can prevent the slow pace of the shortcomings. View of the Simulation results, the convergence rate and search quality has been good improved.
