Research And Development Of The QFD System Based On Fuzzy Measure On .NET Platform

The commodity market is the buyer's market led by clients, because whether a new product can satisfy clients'need and has a high rate of market feedback determines the survival of an enterprise and the market competitive ablity of the product. Quality Function Deployment(QFD)is a systematic method of product design. According to the market and clients'need, QFD is a systematic method which gives comprehensive guarantee to the applicability of product.There is little work of software development in QFD applications, and there is some limitation that the target value of the house of quality (HOQ) in QFD often depends on subjective experience.The QFD system based on fuzzy measure discussed in this dissertation is designed and developed on .NET platform. The QFD system can wok well in,promote the development of ,and increase the competitive ablity of, the manufacturing enterprise, to impel the development of production power and improve the life level of clients'.Firstly, modern component technology is introduced, and so is the .NET application in the QFD system. The characters of QFD system are analyzed. A quality function deployment system;based on fuzzy measure,;is built. This system deploys four HOQ with fuzzy measure, fuzzy relationship matrix and fuzzy transition matrix by introducing a fuzzy measurable house of quality model, which is suitable to information measurement and mapping.The design goal and principle of the QFD system are discussed. According to the component standard, the system structure and its function module3 are designed.Then according to the demands of the QFD system and the principle of database design, the concept design and the logic design of the database are finished. The physical structure is then designed and it works well.Finally, based on the previous work, the QFD system is developed on .NET platform according to software engineering principle and component rules.
