Data acquisition and processing whose task are research of message processing and control is an important branch of computer application,and the computer bus is the channel of data transmission in PC,it's a key technique of data acquisition system。The PCI bus protocol is so intricacy and it is one of the most competitive bus criterions for data acquisition technique, but it's hard to design the appropriate digital logic interface circuit for PCI。There are two effective schemes to realize the interface conveniently at present: one is to adopt CPLD or FPGA and the other is to adhibit special interface chip。Depending on one cooperatiove project,this thesis discusses the technique on the interface of data acquisition board based on PCI bus。Contrast has been made between the above two schemes,and finally the paper adhibits the second scheme——PCI9054 to design the interface circuit based on PCI bus,and make the interface testing board and also play the appropriate driver codes for the board。After repeated testing and debugging,the interface circuit is approved rational,it can complete the data transmission and implement the interface between the peripheral equipment and PCI bus successfully,which indicates that the scheme of adopting special chip to realize the PCI interface is feasible and convenient in technique。This thesis mainly made up of two parts of content。In the first part,firstly referred to the structure of the PCI local bus and its application,also introduced the software development environment briefly。Then tell about the main features of PCI local bus and its protocol connecting with the Add on bus。Bring forward a simple interface scheme by PCI9054 chip and introduced the application of this chip made by PLX Corp。In the second part,mostly emphasized how to design the communication board in hardware and software。The hardware designing include the interface with engine controller,such as A/D conversion, we chose the AD9240, which was produced by AD Corp,this is a parallel port analog to digital conversion。In order to resolve the contradiction between faster data processing and slower computation,a buffer storage also needed, the CY7C466,it is a 64K×9 bit first in first out buffer storage,which can be used to better the transmission。At last chapter introduced the Device Driver program development of PCI,the PLXMON is simple and efficient software,which can be used to develop it。...
