It utilizes the J2EE'spowerful database accessing functionality, java components, and Web technologyto develop document management system with B/S architecture, which suitablefor enterprise. The following studies are carried: To establish the document management system based on J2EE, study anddesign document management system architecture. To study three primary function module of the system: user managementmodule, document management module, and document query module. Andthen make them as a whole system. To analyze the security of document system, and present some relatedsecurity strategies.
