The Research & Development Of Regional District E-Government System

At present, developing Internet and setting up information projects will make it an essential tactic for government departments of district or county level to promote the development of economy. This thesis is a part content of National High-tech Developing Plan(863 Plan)named"West action for reducing the gap"——Research on Critical Techniques of Cooperative Office Platform and its Applications based on domestic Linux.During of the implementation the project, regarding the normal project of Xi'an Electronic Government Affairs as background, combining Xi'an Yanta district and Beilin district practical instance, the key technology in architecture of electronic government affairs based on district or county level government, E-government cooperative office system, typical business system and expression of document data based on XML are discussed. The E-government affairs system software in District or County Level is developed. The key contents and conclusions of E-government construction are summarized as follows: (1) For the e-government Affairs Systems in District or County Level are skeleton E-government of nation, it is necessary to uniform system structure and standard.(2) the normal format of e-document based on XML is key factor for e-government document administration. (3) It is e-government task to transit construction driven by technology to by benefit.This thesis is detail of the research and development of the above contents.
