The Research And Realization Of Organization And Access Control System In E-government

E-government system is the basic system for government information-based construction. And it is quite important in the whole information-based construction. As a type of complicated information system, E-government system is usually made up of many subsystems which be dealt by different security strategies, be distributed in geography, belong to different departments, their systemic users can be active in many systems in the same time. There are great capacity resource and user info in each subsystems. Therefore, E-government system is faced with validity, utility, dynamics, distributivity, real-time nature and compatibility etc. challenges in access control technology aspect.This paper researches under fund project of nationality natural science (70271045):"The researches on E-government system model and government affair flow reforger". It starts from the proper operation requirement of E-government system, combines the severe challenges of E-government system under current distributing environment, lucubrates the organization and authorization system model of complex government affair information system, presents the flow realization of security access control implementation of E-government system and some noticeable taches. It includes strengthening post conception, concretion of restriction and automatic check mechanism, arrangement customization of role, consistency of government affair system and effective integration towards distributing system. Combining the technology system and realization manner of Ajax, Hibernate, Web Services etc., realizes the organization and access control system of E-government. The system adopts combine-delamination structure and module-based software design manner, emphasizes the smoothness of system function expansion, convenience for management and reduces the redundancy of information storage. Moreover, it incarnates deeply in restriction control and information integrality etc. E-government organization and personnel system, distributing authorization and authentication system, operation-set and role-manage system designed under the scheme above are used in "Hangzhou official business resource system", "Shaoxing city E-government system" and "Dalian Zhongshan district government official business system", which receives all-right practice effect.
