Centrifugal compressor is the key equipment in industry departments. It has the character of high discharge pressure and low inlet flow. But there are also some disadvantages, such as stable operation area is narrow and it is easy to surge. Surge is harmful to compressor, so it must be equipped with control system to avoid surge. With the development of computer control technology, the methods and quality of anti-surge control are improved. But there are still problems existed: 1.The economy of anti-surge control. Anti-surge leads to consume of the energy due to recycle of the flow. 2. The quality of anti-surge control. To some control systems, the control loop is simple and other factors about surge are not considered. It leads to bad control quality and can not anti surge effectively or in time.To the problems described above, this article design the architecture of the control system and gives the strategy of compressor integrated control which contains several loops. It considers the factors which maybe occur, and improves the reliability of the system. It contains as follows:First, the anti-surge control algorithm not only contains the ordinary PI control, but also contains valve jump and nonlinear control. Valve jump can make the valve step to certain position. Nonlinear control can change the proportional gain and integral gain dynamically. Compared with the traditional algorithm, it can prevent the surge more quickly and effectively.Otherwise, inlet pressure control and discharge pressure limit protect the stable operation of the compressor further. Especially, it saves the energy by avoiding opening the recycle valve while adjusting the speed of the turbine to avoid the surge. It also considers the inlet conditions on surge and gives universal curves to solve the problem.This article also develops human machine interface based on RSView32. It contains kinds of functions. It is simple to be operated and the human machine interface is friendly. It takes good effect on the stable operation of the compressor.
