This topic is the remote vibration monitoring and fault diagnosis system for rotating machinery based on Internet of things technology.In view of the phenomenon that the vibration caused by unbalance and other factors is not remotemonitoring,a remote monitoring and fault diagnosis system based on Internet of things is designed.It takes rigid rotor as the research object for the design of software and hardware system with the core structure of "slave computer-sever-client".Andit realizes the function of remote monitoring and analysis of the vibration condition of multi rotating machinery by using the IoT technology.This paper introduces the basic theory of rigid rotor balancing,unbalance calculation flow,and how to use software and hardware to realize remote monitoring and fault diagnosis based on IoT technology.The remote vibration monitoring and fault diagnosis system consists of three parts,the slave computer,the server and the client.It uses TCP/IP protocol for remote transmission of network data using JSON package.The slave computer uses STM32F407ZGT6 micro controller as the core,the use of 8 channel 16 bit AD conversion module AD7606 to complete the signal acquisition with high precision,the use of GPRS communication module SIM900 A network communication.It is mainly used to collect vibration signals of the monitoring equipment,to calculate the amount of unbalance and to transmit remote data without depending on the field network.Its hardware design mainly includes to choice processor,function chip and sensor,and to design filter circuit,adaptive sampling frequency signal acquisition circuit and temperature measuring circuit.The software design mainly includes the design of the main program,the signal acquisition subroutine,the calibration subroutine,the unbalance calculation subroutine and the GPRS network communication subroutine.The server uses the CentOS operating system and the MySQL database,which is used to deal with the network data transmitted by the slave computer and the client and manage the database.Its main tasks include database design,slave computer dataprocessing module design and client data processing module design.The client uses Qt5 to design,which is used to realize the online monitoring,historical inquiry and spectrum analysis of the running state of multi monitoring equipment.Its main tasks include network communication module design,login interface design,main interface design,monitoring window design and analysis&diagnostic interface design.Finally,several experiments are carried out to verify the function and stability of the whole system,and finally achieve the expected goal.The remote vibration monitoring and fault diagnosis system of rotating machinery is of low cost,high performance,simple operation and high stability.It is of great significance to find and eliminate equipment failure in time.
