With the development of Chinese railway transportation automation, 18-information Shift-frequency Automatic Blocking Equipment has been widely applied. It adopts a technical scheme of natural pad together with frequency-mark, wave trap isolation, voltage feeding and current receiving. It meets the requests of multi-information, high resolution and high electrical harmonic wave anti-interference, so it has improved the automatic blocking technical level, given the assurance of technique for driving safety and achieved international advanced level. But it brings the problem of multi-frequency superposition in track circuit signals. The original computer monitoring system is limited in testing track circuit feeding and receiving end voltage. It cannot meet the needs of new technologies, so the problem of designing a modern monitoring system for 18-information Non-joint Shift-frequency Automatic Blocking System requirements has become extremely urgent.Aimed at problems mentioned above and according to the requirements of 18-information Non-joint Shift-frequency Automatic Blocking System for monitoring system, the Non-joint Automatic Blocking Fault Diagnosis and Remote Monitoring System studies the following contents: Calculating shift-frequency signal energy accurately. Completing functions of monitoring track circuit in sections, fault analysis and diagnosis. Showing track circuit status in figure. Offering forewarning and warning when track circuit in critical condition or fault condition. Having remote maintaining function of being visited whenever needed by means of dialing number.The system software adopts programming language Lab Windows/CVI. It takes the advantage of the strong data processing function to analyze the spectrum of multi-frequency superposition signals in the receiving channels of 18-information Non-joint Shift-frequency Automation Blocking System. In the same time the system uses the interlocking relationship between nearby track circuits to realize the pre-alarming and alarming functions. It also offers fault location and instructions of obviating the fault for maintenance men at site.The system hardware adopts an industrial computer with compact instructions and firm industrial packing style. It has PnP data picking, checking and calculating functions. Through a signal-adjusting cabinet, the requirements of data-conversion and isolation between the system and outer can be satisfied. Remote equipments communicate with site equipments through a modem. Non-joint Automatic Blocking Fault Diagnosis and Remote Monitoring System forms a microcomputer monitoring system of high intelligent expert, which gathers all of the non-joint section equipments' monitoring, fault analysis and diagnosis and remote service functions together. It not only ensures 18-information Non-joint Shift-frequency Automatic Blocking Equipment to be better used, but also enhances the testing repairing means and the running efficiency of equipments. Additionally, it offers scientific measurements to realize the repairing on condition.
