The Research Of Input-Output Management System Of Special-Steel Enterprise Based On MES

In recent years, the steel industry, especially the special-steel enterprises are facing tremendous changes in the whole production process. There is a trend of more varieties and small batch production. How to improve the production quality and reduce the cost is the key to enhance the enterprise competitive ability.In order to meet the new characteristics of the special-steel enterprises, such as the cost of the raw and processed materials occupies much in the production process, the fundamental data of the cost accounting can not be extracted from the actual production process in time, this thesis introduces the application of the input-output theory in the special-steel enterprise by the researches of the ERP and MES theory and the integration of them. That is to say, according to the principle of energy balance and the main line of keeping the metal balance, the input-output and the waste in the working procedures are calculated and analyzed scientifically. Based on the production management system in the Dongbei Special-Steel Group, this thesis organically integrates the production planning, material tracking, process and standard, quality management information and the cost accounting information. Then the input-output management system model based on MES is built up. Using J2EE framework and putting the above model into practice, the integrated Input-Output management system is developed. The departments of the enterprise use the uniform platform, such as standard, process, quality, material supply, production and finance etc, which can avoid the information island and make information shared and integrated among the departments. It can solve the problems of the inaccurate data of cost accounting and the shortage of raw material forecast plan, it ensures the authenticity and real-time of the cost accounting information. At the same time, the process of matching the material is standardized. Based on the standard, process and material supply information, through the scientific calculation, this system provides additional function support for the matching material process.
