The Research And Application Of Special Steel Enterprise CAPP System Based On MES

Based on widely understanding MES, CAPP etc., combined with the filed features of special-steel manufacture for manufacturer, facing the shortage and disadvantage of process management of special-steel enterprises manufacturing, technology and method for special-steel enterprise's process planning and management based on MES are discussed in detail, CAPP system for special-steel enterprises based on MES are given and practicable CAPP system for enterprise production are designed and actualized, which include:The problems of process management during products manufacturing in special-steel enterprises' are studied, the features of enterprises' process management during products manufacture and the reasons for its complicacy are analyzed, and the fundamentality and necessity of applying CAPP in modern enterprises are put forward.The current technology status and its tendency of CAPP are introduced, the basic requirements of special-steel enterprises to CAPP system are analyzed, the special-steel enterprises CAPP system framework based on MES are given, which includes 3 subsystems: technology data management system, process route matching system and journal sheet query system. Using knowledge base theory, scientific technology date structure are built by process data management system on the bases of analyzing steel enterprise date deeply, which is convenient to query, manage and apply. Process route matching system sets up practical process route automatically or manually, according to contract information, constructs the mode to get target process from prototype process. Report querying system provides a platform for manger to query production data. Finally the special-steel enterprise's CAPP prototype system based on MES is developed.Based on extensive and profound investigations and studies on the process business requirement of Dongbei Special-Steel Enterprise, associated special-steel enterprise's CAPP prototype system based on MES with distributed soft computing technology, B/S mode CAPP system are constructed using J2EE application solution. Research and development of system and its implementation has been finished by stages.The practice shows that negotiability and sharable characteristics of process information are improved through using CAPP system based on MES system. With the function of process route auto-matching and production statistic and query, macroscopic controllingability of enterprise's production system is increased, and at the same time the production-planning and scheduling task is decreased.
