Research Of Integrated Quality Management System Of Special-Steel Enterprise

The entering of WTO has brought both opportunity and challenge for most enterprises, but it also puts the domestic iron and steel enterprises into the extremely competitive market. The market competition has transformed from the pure price competition into the competition of product variety, delivery time, product quality, product cost and post-sale service.The special steel enterprise lacks integrated quality control method and technology, which disables the reuse of massive information, experience and data, and prevents the enterprise from enhancing competitive ability. This thesis researches quality control method and technology of product life cycle of the special steel enterprise to reuse quality information, improve product quality and operation efficiency. Through analyzing the survey of the Northeast Special Steel Group CIMS project, this thesis proposes the necessity and importance of integrated quality system, researches the development of product quality management method. Based on ISO9000, this thesis produces the integrated quality system model in CIMS environment, summarizes the quality control method and technology for special steel enterprise, enhances the enterprise's synthesis competitive ability.The main research contents in this thesis are as follows:(1) The connotation and development of CIMS are discussed. IQS stands an important station in production management of the Northeast Special Steel Group.(2) Based on discussing the history and new development of quality management, theoretical foundation for the design of system application model is put forwarded.(3) Based on the analysis of quality management actuality in manufacturing of enterprise, the problems in existence are present. The quality information and quality management demands of the enterprise are analyzed. System structure model is put forward.(4) Using advanced J2EE framework and putting the above model into practice, the integrated quality management system of Northeast Special-Steel Enterprise is developed.The IQS aimed at steel enterprise is an important part of CIMS of steel enterprise, which realizes quality information share and integrated management. The flow-model and solution of this system will give reference to other enterprises of the same type.
