Torque measurement is an important link in the process of various mechanical product development, quality inspection, optimal control, process monitoring and fault diagnosis. Torque sensors as an important equipment, which could measure torsion shaft torque more than shaft torque. At present, with the development of Industrial production automation and intelligent level, In order to guarantee the reliable operation of the equipment information obtained grows more plentiful, equipment characteristic should have be Achieved with real-time monitoring and control. Torque and speed are important parameters in operation of the equipment. Therefore, demands on dynamic torque-speed sensor is getting higher and higher. Torque measurement today is experiencing major transformation, such as on measurement means, contact measurement trends to non-contact measurement, and measurement systems trend to real-time monitoring, etc. The contents researched in this thesis are as follows:(1) A new type of double eccentric dynamic torque-speed sensor which is an angle type torque sensor is designed. Double beam structure of its elastic element has the advantages of simple structure and small size; Mechanical part of the sensor has simple structure, and its rotational parts has not any electrical components.(2) Mechanical model of the elastic element is built for force analysis, its structure parameters are optimized. Based on finite element analysis software ANSYS, torsion Angle checking and stress analysis for the elastic element is simulated, and each order natural frequency is computed though modal analysis.(3) A Mechanical closed sensor test-bed is designed for studying all the performance parameters of the new dynamical torque-speed sensor and for dynamic calibration. A new differential loading method is proposed. As the difference isl between the loading holes on two loading disks, the fit of the different of hole location can realize torque loading, and the loading device can realize low torque step loading.(4) Data collection system is built for study torque measurement precision. As A/D transform has fixed error, which is the basis choice of acquisition card, so it is simulated by Mat lab. Graphical programming language LABVIEW as upper machine software realizes data acquisition for dynamic torque sensor and Test-bed measuring system.(5) Static calibration coefficients and dynamic calibration coefficients are obtained separately after static calibration on torsion testing machine and dynamic calibration on the mechanical closed sensor test-bed. And then error belongs to dynamic calibration is analyzed.Experimental results present that the torque of the sensor is better linear with the corner, output sinusoidal signal is standard. With performances of strong anti-jamming and high reliability, it is simple for signal acquisition.
