| Applying the standardized theory, publishing and distribution theory and circular logistics theory, the status of logistics publications in china is analyzed in-depth in this paper. Base on this, established standards and certain principles, this paper defines the publications logistics standard system, and establishes the frame of publications logistics standard architecture. The final result of the system is evaluated in the end.In the second chapter, the publications Logistics Standardization status is analyzed, and some problems are pointed out;In the third chapter, the necessity and requirement of publication logistics standard system are analyzed;In the fourth chapter, lots of existing relevant, regulations and standards are analyzed.
