Research And Development Of Railway Project Management System

Nowadays, the Project Management has become more and more large-scale and modernized, especially in the railway construction projects. The railway construction projects turn to more and more complicated, the supervisal and the management of the projects' quality and schedule need to be strengthened. So the modern project pattern such as "overall detailed plan, implement by the plan, update feedback just in time, comparison inseparable" should be used, the development of the System of project management based on the Web is necessary.In the thesis, the author elaborates the research background and the importance of this thesis, and analysis the problem of the present railway project management in China. Then the author analyzes the project management system based on the Web. According to the analysis, the author sum up a solution which suits the Chinese railway construction project management system. At last, the author takes the An'Kang project management system as a example, describe the problems which is found at the beginning of the system, and then describe a whole project management system's implement.
