The paper has studied a power which can supply the double peak value pulse current. The pulse's width and frequency is alterable and the peak value is invariable. At present, the pulse power has been used widely in many industry scopes, mainly including pluse plating, industry waste gas disposal, pluse influence power and so on. The double peak value pulse plating power not only can improve the level of plating technology but can reduce the dissipation of noble metal in plating technics.The paper is in process on the basis of it.Firstly,the paper presentations the topology of main circuit in detail acoording to the waveform of the output pulse current, which is consisted of rectification circuit, filter circuit, chopper circuit and so on. The parameters of correlational components have been reckoned and elected. Meanwhile in order to satisfy real-time ability and improve control accuracy, the pulse plating power control system based on DSP including hardware and software design, which has realized main circuit's contols and serial asynchronous communication with supervisory and control system.Secondly, the system adopts fuzzy-PID algorithm, because the controlled deceive is nonlinear and uncertain. According to fuzzy inference, the parameters K_P, K_I, K_D of PID is corrected in-line.After founding approximate math model, the simulation results by MATLAB and the operating report verity that the control system is accuracy and steady.In addition, supervisory and control system designed with VB6.0 is introduced in the paper which is in charge of control indexs including α angle, frequency, the width of pluse, and sends open-close signals, display real-time updating data, acheieves choice of serial communication control and so on.
